
Nutella Masterclasss

Our patrons learnt this as well as other Nutella facts and useful cooking tips during our Nutella Masterclass.

This was held on Tuesday 31st July at Café 04 and we invited 15 excited guests to attend. The class was conducted by our Executive Pastry Chef, Florent Rethouze, who wowed the attendees with his pastry skills, his stories about working with Gordon Ramsey and his French accent.

During the Masterclass attendees were able to watch, make and taste:
Decadent Nutella Filled Chocolate Fondant
Nutella Anzac Biscuit Sandwiches
Nutella Dipping Sauce with Banana Fingers


Following the class, each participant was also given a STIX showbag including their own recipe book, a mini Nutella jar and some of Flo’s famed Macarons.

We received amazing feedback from everyone and we are looking forward to our next Masterclass…. Tackling Flo’s famous Éclairs.
